A Bit About Me
Aaron is a highly experienced leader and specialises in working within the Digital Transaction Advisory team working collaboratively with complex organisations to help them realise their strategic and commercial goals bringing pragmatic advice to any given acquisition programme.
He sees transactions through an organisations business lens and is focused on helping clients identify, evaluate and successfully implement their acquisition strategies in today’s complex business landscape, executing transactions with minimal disruption.

​Aaron has led diverse, multi-disciplinary teams for private and public-sector clients in the UK and Europe on projects ranging from discreet, one-off digital transactions for local authorities and corporations through to multi-billion Pound, national government / enterprise scale transactions across Nuclear, Healthcare, Transport, Aviation, Retail and Telecommunications.
In his spare time Aaron is pursuing a part-time Master’s Degree in British Architectural History.

2024 - 2025
Digital Transaction Advisory Lead Consultant, Sellafield Decommissioning and Nuclear Waste Partnership (DNWP), UK. Lead role delivering a digital transaction advisory service supporting the procurement of a £4.8bn formal 9+6 year nuclear decommissioning Supply Chain framework. Working client-side, activities included setting out a digital operating model, a digital procurement strategy, the establishment of a risk framework and day 1 readiness assessment and the evaluation in terms of readiness of an internal ICT strategy, including the development of a digital contingency plan. A second role delivering a digital exit strategy including the identification of options/treatment plans for how the client manages the digital information currently held by its supply chain partners and their tier 2/tier 3 supply chain. Activities included contractual terms analysis, Supply Chain data audits, remediation pilots, risk profiling and financial planning.
Additionally carried out a floating’ advisory role for other client commercial vehicle procurements..
2023 - 2024
Digital Exit Transaction Lead Consultant, Arup / Sellafield Infrastructure Strategic Alliance, UK. Lead role delivering a formal contractual framework closeout digital exit plan for a £1.1b government Nuclear joint venture. This involved setting out a three-year delivery plan in consultation with the contracting organisation’s internal digital teams in collaboration with parent company digital teams. The scope of the plan included the treatment of digital records to enable all organisations to fulfil their contractual obligations regarding exiting from the frameworks and to ensure plans were aligned with nuclear regulations regarding data. Activities included the establishment of 'as-is' arrangements covering operational, commercial and legal areas, the establishment of the ideal 'to be' position, key IPR and data protection requirements, execution milestones and key risks requiring active management.
