We are vendor-neutral, agenda-free consultants, with no vested interests in products or suppliers. We offer truly impartial advice and seek solutions that best suit your needs, not a particular supplier, methodology or vendor.

We are all experts in our fields, with many decades of experience individually and between us. And we want to share that knowledge and experience with you. Being an expert doesn't mean we rest on our laurels. How to engage us

It all starts with a call (or an email if you prefer). Give us a shout if you think we might be able to support you in your improvement journey. There are numerous routes by which you can procure our services, by Direct Award or via one of a number of government procurement framework agreements on which we are registered as pre-approved suppliers.

Procurement Routes

Direct Award via proposal and quotation

Many of our clients procure our services directly via a Quote and Purchase Order process. The first step is to get in touch with us so that we can discuss your requirements and prepare a proposal and quotation for your consideration. For government clients, this method is acceptable for the majority of smaller (i.e. sub-£1m) projects, subject to local procurement limits that may apply in your organisation.

CCS RM6288 Public Sector Resourcing (PSR)
Workforce Solutions

PSR is a government framework that provides public sector customers (including local authorities) with a range of routes and services to engage talent that includes Contingent Hiring, Recruit, Train, Deploy and Statement of Work.

PSR is managed by AMS, a leading workforce solutions organisation, for and on behalf of Crown Commercial Service (CCS). PSR offers its government customers strategic partnering and advice on the best way to use the services to meet their business strategy and workforce needs. The normal PSR route to market for our services would a Statement of Work (SoW) engagement as either a direct award or mini-competition. For more information on the PSR, please see:

CCS RM6237 Low Value Purchase System (LVPS)

The Crown Commercial Services Low Value Purchase System (LVPS) is a framework designed specifically for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises and Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise Suppliers, with under 250 employees. It provides an easy, flexible and efficient way for public sector organisations to purchase common goods and services across a wide range of capabilities and services, under a certain threshold. For Central Government, the spend can be up to £139k and for other organisations the spend limit is up to £214k, as outlined by the Procurement Policy Note for Public Contract Thresholds 11/23.

CCS RM6219 Learning & Training Services DPS

This Crown Commercial Services dynamic purchasing system (DPS) procurement framework allows government, local government and third sector organisations to procure learning and training services - including eLearning and online tools -from a register of pre-approved suppliers across a wide range of sectors and subject specialisms.
