​Established in 2009, we are a small consulting firm of domain specialists in the digital and information management space. Our team is highly experienced in the leadership, governance and delivery of enterprise information systems and digital technology solutions. We have plenty of expertise in delivering business change, where we operate as your embedded business partner, offering pragmatic expert advice to help you-the intelligent client-and your organisation successfully navigate the often-complex pathways to transformation and change.

We enjoy the challenge of devising and delivering innovative solutions to support you on your digital journey, having worked with diverse, multi-disciplinary teams for private and public-sector clients in the UK, North America, Australia and Asia, on projects ranging from discreet, one-off solutions for local authorities and corporations through to high value national government and enterprise scale change projects delivered over timescales measured in years.

In addition to our technical expertise, the team are well-versed in knowledge and information management and the gathering and sharing of learning and best practice. Through our workforce development subsidiary, Strengthening Practice, we develop and deliver workforce development solutions from one-off training courses to whole-of-workforce programmes to support the application of best practice and the introduction of new ways of working, including the application of regulatory changes, applying learning from past experience (LfE), and utilising new tools and methods to respond to changes in technology, processes or behaviours. This includes: knowledge capture; learning needs analyses; gap analyses; workforce development strategies; co-production of CPD and training programmes and resources; authoring, design and production of print and online materials and resources; and delivery of training workshops, coaching, learning circles.
Our directors each have significant real-world operational experience in our specialist domains, having delivered a broad range of digitally-enabled projects and training since 1991, firstly in Australia and latterly in the UK and the Far East. Our consulting principals have similarly extensive experience and outreach, engaging with clients in Canada, United States, Sweden, and Japan.

We provide services across a number of industry sectors, in particular those which are highly regulated, such as utilities & infrastructure, aviation and civil nuclear. We also work with Central Government and Local Government organisations, and have specialist experience in supporting learning and digital initiatives in the social care sector.
Utilities & Infrastructure
Members of our team have been providing services to energy, utilities and infrastructure clients since the 1990's, in particular in the spatial information field, to clients including: National Grid, Thames Water, Transport for London, Rural Payments Agency, Animal Health, Sellafield, Shell, City of Portland, Kansas City.
Civil Nuclear
For more than a decade, Fox & Associates have been delivering strategic advice and project leadership in the digital domain for the civil nuclear sector, across a range of projects and business functions, all of which have been focussed upon digital enablement, transformation and innovation.
Aviation & Aerospace
Members of our team have delivered strategic services and leadership in the aviation and aerospace sectors, including overseeing the upgrading of Manchester Airport's enterprise IT systems, and the merging of two airports' systems into single ownership.
Central Government
Members of our team have provided services to a variety of central and state government departments and agencies in the UK, Canada, Australia and Asia, including: Department of Food and Rural Affairs, Department for Education, Cabinet Office, Australian Department of Defence, Australian Heritage Commission, Environment Australia, Government of British Columbia, Hong Kong Government.
Local Government
Fox & Associates has been supporting local government organisations since our formation in 2009, and since then we have worked with over 45 local government authorities and agencies (e.g. police services) across a wide variety of projects and budgets. In many cases, we have continued to support our LA clients for more than a decade.
Health & Social Care
